• Name, email address, phone number (for WhatsApp alerts)
• Passport number and nationality (optional, stored encrypted)
• Entry/exit dates to/from Qatar
• Qatar ID and passport expiry dates
• Payment information (processed securely by PayPal – we never store full card details)
• Family member names and residency details (if you choose to add dependents)

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to:

• Calculate your 180-day absence period accurately
• Send timely WhatsApp/email alerts
• Provide visa-run suggestions and family tracking
• Process payments and issue invoices

4. Data Security & Storage

All personal data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard TLS/SSL. We are hosted on secure servers in the European Union with daily backups. We will never sell or share your data with third parties except as required by Qatari law.

5. Your Rights
